Our latest Perfect Binding upgrades include a 2007 Kolbus KM473, 8,000 cph with 24 pockets and Lay Flat capabilities, and a 2005 Kolbus KM473, 8,000 cph with 28 pockets and Lay Flat capabilities. These additions compliment our existing 2001 Kolbus KM410 Publica, 12,000 cph with 24 pockets. This and the new operating concept with its decentrally placed monitors on the machine represent the ultimate in shorter make-ready times, easier handling and operator guidance in the perfect binding sector.

All of our Perfect Binders have PUR glue capabilities, the latest in Optical Signature Recognition to detect misprinted or improper signatures, and motorized adjustment of format and hang out via the Copilot operating system. This Kolbus Perfect Binding equipment offers the best and most efficient process for us to provide all of our customers with performance and quality.
